Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. LEAD TIME

Orders must be placed at least 2 days (Monday – Sunday, including public holidays) in advance, excluding day of order. Lead time is applicable for both delivery and self-collection orders.

 

2. DELIVERY

We deliver our frozen products in a temperature-controlled freezer truck. Orders are shipped Monday – Sunday, including public holidays, and order cutoff is 5 pm each day. Deliveries are made to all locations within Singapore, subject to availability of products.

The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed and all delivery schedules are at the sole discretion of the management.

In the event that no one is available at the delivery address to receive the delivery, goods will be returned to Oishi Manufacturing Pte Ltd and a delivery charge will be imposed for re-scheduling of delivery. 

3. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charge includes delivery to 1 destination in Mainland Singapore, excluding offshore islands. Free delivery is provided to orders with Minimum Order Value (MOV) of $125 and above. For all orders below MOV of $125, a delivery charge of $40 is imposed.

Additional $150 delivery charge is imposed for heavy products such as certain equipment (as stated within product listing).

Delivery charges are subject to prevailing GST.

4. SELF-COLLECTION

There is no MOV for self-collection, nor charge for self-collection of orders during opening hours at our address below:

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please note that sales of food items are final once you (or a third party representing you) have received and signed for your delivery. We are unable to exchange or refund your order.

Returns and refund requests need to be made within 48 hours of delivery. Returns and refunds are limited to non-food items (excluding equipment), and are subject to items remaining unopened/unused, in their original packaging. Please email orders@oishi.com.sg, submit a response via the contact form, or WhatsApp us.

Sales of equipment is subject to the warranty provided at the time of sales. Contact us by emailing orders@oishi.com.sg, submitting a response via the contact form, or by WhatsApping us.

2. POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATIONS

We’ll send you a detailed Order Confirmation email after your order has been placed. Please review it carefully and make sure all information is correct, including the shipping address. Once your order enters fulfilment, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Postponement and cancellations of any orders have to be done 2 days prior to the delivery date. If the notice is less than 2 business days and your order has not yet been shipped, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
