1. GENERAL INFORMATION
We operate from Monday to Sunday, 8.30 am – 4.30 pm. Please note that we are not a retail store, so we request that you order in advance at our Online Store, by emailing sales@oishi.com.sg, submitting a response via the contact form, or by WhatsApping us.
We are a manufacturing facility and as such we are unable to accept walk-in customers. If you’d like to collect an order from our factory please order in advance at our Online Store and select “Self-Collection” during checkout. You will be prompted to select your preferred pick up date & time.

No, anybody can buy our products subject to the MOQ within the listings.
Yes we have offers and promotions for large events. Please contact us by emailing sales@oishi.com.sg, submitting a response via the contact form, or WhatsApping us with your event requirements and our Events Sales Team can assist.
2. PURCHASING, ORDERS AND PAYMENT
There is no minimum order amount for both delivery and self-collection.
Free delivery is available for orders above $150. For orders with value below $150, a delivery charge of $40 is imposed.

If you would like to make changes to your order, you may contact orders@oishi.com.sg indicating your name and contact number as given within the order so as to allow us to get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note that changes to the order have to be made maximum 2 working days before delivery.
We accept payments via credit cards and PayNow.

3. DELIVERY AND SELF-COLLECTION
All orders should be placed before 5pm, 2 days in advance.

Yes, delivery services are available from Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays.
4. PRODUCT-RELATED
We only use halal certified ingredients in manufacturing our products.
All our products are halal certified. Only permissible food items and ingredients are used. We do not use any alcohol, pork, lard or pork derivatives (pork gelatin) in any of our products.
Our factory is a Halal-certified facility by MUIS. The factory does not process any alcohol, pork, lard or pork derivatives (pork gelatin) in the manufacturing of any of our products.

Frozen Lava cake:
Using a microwave, place the frozen cake on a microwave-safe dish and cover it with a damp cup. Then, reheat on medium heat for about 40 seconds or until the middle is soft.
Frozen Waffles:
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Place frozen waffle in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
