Premium Soft Serve Premix Bundle (Free Soft Serve Machine)

Terms & Conditions

• Machine and products will be supplied by Oishi Manufacturing Pte Ltd.
• Availability: Machines and products will be delivered to the client within 8 weeks upon receipt of full payment, subject to availability.
• Product: Artisertz Premium Soft Serve Premix.
• Available Flavours: Chocolate, Milk & Vanilla.
• Packaging Format: 6 packets / single flavour, 1800 grams each, per single carton.
• Product Shelf Life: 12 months.
• Delivery: One-time delivery of the machine and products to the client’s premises.
• Payment Terms: 100% in advance.
• Delivery Charge: S$250 (one way). Collected from the client in advance.
• Machine Ownership: The machine shall belong to the client upon delivery.
• Machine Repair Charges: S$80 call-out charge. Parts are charged separately.
• Product Refund Policy: No refunds for products. Damaged products will be replaced.
• Machine Replacement: Machines deemed unusable by Oishi within the first 6 months of normal client use will be replaced with a similar machine within 8 weeks. Normal use excludes any misuse, neglect, or intentional damage caused by the client or any third party.
• Limitation of Liability: The client acknowledges and agrees that Oishi shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising directly or indirectly from the use of the machine and product.
• Prices are subject to prevailing GST.
• Buy-Now-Pay-Later Payment Scheme: Optional at the Client’s discretion. The Buy-Now-Pay-Later Payment Scheme is administered by Funding Societies, based solely on their terms and conditions. The client agrees that Oishi bears no responsibility or liability whatsoever for its decision to participate in the Buy-Now-Pay-Later Payment Scheme offered by Funding Societies. Buy-Now-Pay-Later is fulfilled, and is subjected to approval by FS Capital Pte. Ltd.
• Clients are presumed to have read and acknowledged these Terms and Conditions before committing to the Soft Serve Premix + Free Soft Serve Machine Promotion.
